Even if you're working with a wedding planner or you're planning a simple wedding, there are likely still a lot of moving pieces left leading up to your big day. I've filmed more than 100 weddings in the past decade, and I'm happy to share everything I've learned along the way!
Wedding Advice
A Love Story Film can take place anywhere from immediately following a proposal to a couple weeks before the wedding. It consists of doing an interview together or separately talking about your love story. I also get various shots of you revisiting places that are special to you two and any fun things you like to do together. Feel free to bring your companion animals!
I'm a big fan of love story films for a few reasons. Not only do they allow you to get comfortable in front of the camera, they also give you the opportunity to showcase your personalities in a more casual setting that is significant to the two of you. They're also fun to play for your guests during the reception!

I check-in about a month before the wedding to start chatting about timeline specifics, special details, special traditions and anything else I should know about your big day.
You'll receive a questionnaire shortly after booking to gather some of this information, but take all the time you need to fill it out as you finalize your details. Let me know if you have questions during the planning process!
Wedding Day Prep
It's finally here! The day the two of you say "I Do" and dance the night away surrounded by your family and friends.
Just know I'm super excited to celebrate and capture your wedding day. It's going to be awesome.
The Big Day
You can expect your film to be delivered via WedFlow within three months of your wedding.
I hope the relationship doesn't end after I deliver your film. I want to hear about the adventures of married life. And if you decide to have kids, I'd love to document your growing family.

The primary deliverable of your wedding is the feature film. It is a Hollywood style cinematic film that covers all the highlights of your wedding. It's the perfect length to share with friends and family on social media.
If you want to preserve your wedding in its entirety I offer a documentary film which includes the full ceremony, 1st dances, and toasts, along with extended footage of you getting ready, cutting the cake, etc. It's the whole day in sequential order and a lightly edited. Think of it as a FOMO video.

Fantastic! To reserve your wedding date, I’ll need a completed agreement and a $1000 non-refundable retainer. The remaining balance will be split into four payments leading up to a month before the wedding. Reach out and I’ll get the process started!

At minimum you will receive a feature film and social media trailer. The feature film will initially be delivered via the WedFlow platform. The teaser will go on Instagram. Afterward I will upload all deliverables to Google Drive. I encourage you to share your films and ask that you tag me!
how do we receive our film(s)?
I add travel fees on to any wedding outside of a 100 mile radius round trip from my office in Lake Mary. Destination weddings require lodging, transport, and destination fees. Fees vary depending on location, so ask me for more details.
